Additional information:

Learning to manage the activations in your body when you register danger is a key element in learning how to regulate emotionally.

Mindfulness, breathework, & meditation are great resources but if your body has been in a chronic state of arousal (chronic stress) they might not work.

This workshop explains what is anxiety, how to identify it, the fight/flight/freeze response as survival responses, developing body awareness, somatic interventions to regulate the nervous system, and a detailed demonstration of the coping tools.

The workbook teaches you how to begin finding safety and understanding your body so that you can develop the body awareness you need to begin regulating your nervous system.

The workbook goes over the symptoms of dysregulation.  Understanding the importance of body sensations and how to identify them. How to process emotions. How to release stress. And how to begin finding safety.

Workbook Length: 21 pages
