Latibule Counseling is a group practice and is the only counseling office in Yuma, AZ that has a mind and body connection approach to therapy. Our office is a place to find safety and discover your true self. Please call with any questions you might have about beginning therapy or to schedule an appointment.

  • We offer a variety of therapy approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and many somatic approaches such as Somatic Experiencing® and Brainspotting . Somatic Experiencing® is a form of alternative therapy for relieving the symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and other mental and physical trauma-related health problems by focusing on the client’s perceived body sensations (somatic experiences).

    Most major insurances and EAPs accepted. Latibule Counseling offers a sliding fee scale for those who do not have insurance coverage. Fees can be discussed over the phone. Call us
